**Objects:** (1)  THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE INHABITANTS OF PONSANOOTH AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF (HEREINAFTER CALLED “THE AREA OF BENEFIT”) FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS(2)  THE SAID LAND SPECIFIED IN PART I OF THE SAID SCHEDULE SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR USE FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY

**Activities:** The Ponsanooth Playing Field Association is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the playing field in the village of Ponsanooth, Cornwall. Activities include: buying new equipment; maintaining existing equipment; keeping the site tidy; coordinating and running village sports activities on the field: running fundraising events; and maintaining/repairing the community building.
