B) PROVIDING AT THE COMPLETE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES IN THE INSTANCE AND LATER WHEN FORMED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE DEED THE COMMITTEE ASSISTANCE TO MAKE A NEW OR AN IMPROVED LIFE FOR DISABLED PERSONS WHO BY REASONS OF THEIR DISABILITIES ARE RESTRICTED OR NEARLY SO TO A LIFE IN THEIR HOMES OR CAN IF ASSISTED COMMENCE OR RESUME A LIFE IN THEIR HOMES OR CAN IF ASSISTED COMMENCE OR RESUME A LIFE IN THEIR HOME ON DISCHARGE FROM A HOSPITAL OR OTHER INSTITUTION.

**Activities:** Raising funds to purchase, hire and operate a vehicle or vehicles for transporting aged and/or disabled persons within the area of benefit.Promoting and developing a new or improved life for such disabled persons who through no fault of their own are more or less housebound.

**Area of benefit:** AN AREA WITHIN 40 MILES OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF CHIPPENHAM.
