Objects: For The Benefit Of Such Of The Following Persons As Are For The Time Being In Necessitous Circumstances:- (I) Any And Every Person Who Is A Former Employee Of The Settlors Or Of Any Wife Of The Settlors And Who Has Completed Not Less Than One Year's Continuous Service In Such Employment Or Who Is Now Or Shall At Any Time, Hereafter Become An Employee Of The Settlors Or Of Any Wife Of The Settlors And Has Completed Or Shall Hereafter Complete Not Less Than One Year's Continuous Service In Such Employment Provided That Any Period Of Absence Of The Employee On Holiday Or Due To Illness During His Or Her Employment Shall Be Counted As His Or Her Service. (Ii) The Respective Wives, Husbands, Widows And Widowers Of The Person Described In Sub-Paragraph(i). Subject To The Aforesaid For The Furtherance Of Such Charitable Purpose Or Purposes ... As The Trustees Shall In Their Absolute Discretion Think Fit.
