Trustee selects'on methods
The PTA is run by a committee of elected volunteers who manage tho
association on behalf of its members. Committee members are elected
annually at the Annu81 General Me8ting IAGMI in accord8nGe with the
Constitution.

Trustees are appointed separately from the committee election process and
do not come up for re-election each year. Instead, tru$teos typically serve on
a rolllng multl-y8ar basis, with 8ppointments revlewed periodically to ensure

accounts in accordance with the requirement5 Of the Charities Act 2011

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)Ibl of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
examlnorfs statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any mat8rial respect..
