**Objects:** A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF PEAKIRK WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** The Peakirk Village Hall Management Committee encourages the use of the hall for social, educational, recreational, sporting and fund raising activities. The Committee is also responsible for maintaining the hall to an acceptable standard, complying with health and safety regulations along with raising the funds to pay for all  the running costs, essential maintenance and improvements.
