AUDITORS’ REPORT
In accordance with instructions given to me, I have prepared the accounts of Morchard Bishop Playing Field Association for the year ended 31 December 2021 from the accounting records, information and explanations supplied to me.
Recommendation: I recommend that separate entries are made for receipts and expenditure – when a member of the committee reclaim amounts paid out and credited. This will ensure that all items of expenditure and items sold are shown clearly in the accounts.
