|Section 162a of the Charities<br>Act 2011|||requires<br>charities to make a statement<br>regarding<br>fundraising|||||||
|activities.<br>Although<br>we do not undertake|||fundraising<br>from the public, the legislation<br>defines fund||||raising|||

|receivable are presented<br>in our accounts|||as "Income from donations"<br>and includes grants.|||||||
|In relation<br>to the above, the Charity||does||not involve<br>commercial<br>or professional<br>fundraisers|||or|third||
|parties. The day-to-day<br>management||of all income generation<br>is delegated<br>to the Executive Team,||||||who||
|are accountable<br>to the Trustees. Any||solicitations<br>would be managed<br>internally.<br>The Foundation||||||is|not|
|bound<br>by any undertaking<br>to any regulatory||||scheme and the Foundation<br>does not consider<br>it necessary||||||
