**Objects:** A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION AND TO ACT AS A CO-OPERATE VOICE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. B) TO ESTABLISH OR TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COMMUNITY CENTRE.

**Activities:** We are a small community association in a deprived area of Southampton. We work to advance the improve education (e.g. training), leisure opportunities (e.g. local groups/organisations) and enhance the local area.  We still support the local community centre through a working relationship with the organisation (City Life) that have resumed responsibility for the centre following Asset Transfer.
