**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PRESERVATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF ROMSEY AND OF THE NATION AT LARGE ALL THOSE BUILDINGS AND PREMISES OF HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST KNOWN AS KING JOHN'S HOUSE AND TUDOR COTTAGE, ROMSEY, AND TO OPERATE AS A MUSEUM AND MAINTAIN AND DEVELOP ITS MUSEUM COLLECTIONS AND TO OFFER THE WIDEST POSSIBLE PUBLIC ACCESS TO KING JOHN'S HOUSE AND TUDOR COTTAGE AND ITS COLLECTIONS.

**Activities:** To preserve for the benefit of the people of Romsey and the nation at large, all those buildings and premises of historical and architectural interest known as King John's House and Tudor Cottage, Romsey. To encourage the use of these facilities for both educational and entertainment purposes.
