This report covers the period from 01 Sepl&mber 2023 10 31 August 2024. which hos been a good yeor for the

My thoughts and pray6rs go out lo everyonè who has lost someone dear over the past y&ar. especially those in
ovr Brigade famiw. Their time and commilment lo this orgonisalion will aways be tr6o5ured and their memories

With the very sod passing of our Royal patron. Her Majesty Queen El￿abeth 11, Buckingham Palace has nol

has been warmly received by all in the CLCGB as she is highly regorded and believed will support the
organisalion extremely w&ll.
The CLCGB continue lo offer th& Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme. NHQ remains registered as o DofE
LiCer￿ed Orgonisotion and continues lo recommend this a5 a core element of the Senior Corps progromme.
The DofE scheme enables our young people lo leam now skills. challenge thems&￿89. improve Ih&ir leoder5hip

This year has seen an increose in inlerestr to run the progromme and this 15 being supporled. Grants hove been
submitted to suppcxt th& licence fee and to buy new equipment for members ond leaders wshing to toke part
in octNilies.
In November the annual ocl ol remembronce took place al the National Memorial Arboretum ot Llchffeld,

We continue lo engage with the ChLKch ol &igland at all Sevels, aining to demonstrate the value of a CLCGB

will be the integration of a new stores system and a new membership system, all hosted on the same platform. I
oller my Ihonks lo the team for their ongoing dedication and cornmitmenl.
Regional camps and activity weekends have continued lo toke place over the year all over the UK. These are
oFwoy5 fobulous opportuntiies for member5 ond leaders to spend lime tog8th8r and take port in many different
and new activities thot they would nol nomolly hove the chonce lo do. These limes olwoys resonato wllh our

Throughout the year, most of the plonning and trustees, meetings continue to toke ploce virtually. This has saved
