Objertives and Artiviti¢s To maintain the Trust Property for the benefFt of the inhabitants of the Parish of Ramsbury in the County of Wiltshire In the Interest of soclal welfare and with the object of Improvlng the condltlons of Ilfe of the said inhabitants. The activities of the Charlty during the year were to promote sport in the fields of Football, Cr¢cket, Tennis, Bowls and Netball for the inhabltants of Ramsbury to include coaching of children. To fulfil the above objectives. fund raising activities were planned and executed to raise money to improve the facilities available at the Trust Property. A huge contributlon Is made by the Management Committee and other voluntary helpers. and we are very grateful for the many hours that they have put in for the benefit of the Village All monles ralsed are used to Improve the facilities and any surplus is Invested In a Bank to earn interest. Summa oft emai duri the The Tennis CILFb added LED lights to Court 5 which now means that all 7 courts have LED lighting. They also replaced the fenclng to the eastem side and southem slde of the Courts. Flnally, they resurfaced Courts 3 & 4 vth artFficial day giving a totsl of four artificial clay courts now. The Cricket Club now coaches over 85 Children and 30 Ladies. The Football Club did some more refurbishment work to its Pavilion. The gutters at the Tennls Pavilion were completely furbI$hed. Malntenance was carried out to the perimeter hedging and the hedging around the car parks. The usual maintenance was carried out to the playing surface5. The side fenang In the MUGA was replaced by rebound fencing and the Aroturf was relined.
The membership of all the constituent aubs of the RRC Increased further as Tenni5 Club. Cricket Club and Netball Club membership all continued to rise. The MUGA saw an Increased use as Plckleball Is becoming rn0 popular. All relevant polides indudlng Safeguarding policies and Health and Safety pollcies of the constituent dubs are in place and checked annually. Bri All cash held at the Bank (Charftles Aid Foundation) is an unrestn.cted fijnd. Such funds are held for future maintenance of existlng factlitles and the creation of improved facllities. The Football Club hopes to replace the windows and do0 In their Pavilion. The Crlcket Club wlll start work on its new veranda shortly. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30 April 2025.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
