I Sports Clubs in the Village are
members of the Ramsbury Burdett-
Fisher Recreation Centre (RRC).
The RRC Is run on a day-to-day basls
by a Management Committee drawrb
from the member Clubs.
All members of the Management
Committee and all Trustee5 give thebr
time on a voluntary basis and receive
no remuneration or other benefits.

Objectives and Artivities
To maintain the Trust Property for the
benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish
of Ramsbury in the County of
Wiltshire in the interest of social
welfare and with the object of
improving the conditions of life of the
said inhabitants.
The activities of the Charity during the
year were to promote sport in the
fields of Football, Cricket. Tennis.
Bowls and Netball for the inhabltants
of Ramsbury to include coachlng of
children.
To fulfil the above objectives. fund
raising activlties were planned and
executed to raise money to improve
the facilities available at the Trust
Property.
A huge contribution is made by the
Management Committee and other
voluntary helpers, and we are very
grateful for the many hours that they
have put in for the benefit of the
Village
All monies raised are used to improve
the facilities and any surplus is
Invested in a Bank to earn interest.

The Tennis Club added LED Ilghts to Courts 3 and 4. They also did more hard landscaping at
the new courts, 6 & 7.
The Cricket Club now coaches over 80 Children and 30 Ladies.
The Football Club completed the renovation of its dug outs.
Annual maintenance work was carried out to the car pa￿ and a new tarmac road installed
between the main road and the exith.ng tarmac tennis club track.
Maintenance was carried out to the perimeter hedging and the hedging around the car parks,
The usual maintenance was carried out to the playlng surfaces.
The Astroturf in the MUGA was relined.

The membership of all the constituent Clubs of the RRC InC￿aSed further as Tennis Club.
Cricket Club and Netball Club membership all contlnued to rise.
The MUGA saw an increased use as Pickleball is becoming more popular.
All ￿leVant poliues including Safeguarding policies and Health and Safety policies of the
constituent clubs are in pla￿ and checked annually.

on reserves
All cash held at the Bank (Charfties Ald Foundation) is an unrestrtcted fund. Such funds are
held for future maintenance of existlng facllities and the creation of improved facilities.
Future Plans
The Tennis Club hopes to resurface Courts 3 & 4 In artfificlal clay and upgrade the Ilghts on
court 5 to LEDS.
The Football Club hopes to replace the windows and doors in their Pavilion.
The Crlcket Club has plannlng permlsslon for a veranda and hopes to bulld It thls year.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
chartty (Ihe Trusf) for the year ended 30104 12024.
Responsibllitles and
basis of report
As the charivs trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charib'es Act 2011
Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trusys accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination,
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent ￿he charlty's gross income exceeded £250.000 and l am qualffied to
