Objectives and Artivities To maintain the Trust Property for the benèfit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Ramsbury In the County of Wiltshlre In the Interest of soclal welfare and wlth the object of Improving the condltlons of life of the sald Inhabltants. The artivities of the Charity durfng the year were to promote sport In the fields of Football, Cricket, Tennls, Bowls and Netball for the Inhabltants of Ramsbury to Include coaching of chlldren. To fulfll the above objectlves, fund ralsing actlvltles were planned and exeojted to raise money to Improve the fadlltles avallable at the Trust Property. A huge contrlbutlon Is made by the Management Commlttee and other voluntary helpers. and we are very grateful for the many hours that they have put In for the benefit of the Vlllage All monles ralsed are used to Improve the facllltle5 and any surplus Is Invested In a Bank to eam Interest. L* The work on the (onstrurtlon of the new tennls courts on vlrgln land was completed dnd the floodlights on courts l & 2 replaced with LEDS. The Crtcket Club purchased an elertronlc scoretM)ard. Annual malntenance work was carrled out to the car parks with MO potholes fllled In and more stone lald. Maintenance was carrled out to the perimeter hedging and the hedging around the car parks. The usual malntenance was carrfied out to the playlng surfa. The Astroturf In the MUGA was relined. The membershlp of all the constituent Clutss of the RRC Inased furrher malnly beouse Tennls Club membership contlnued to rise.
I relevant polides including Safeguardlng pollcles and Health and Safety poII(aes of the constituent clubs are in plao and checked annually. All cash held at the Bank (Charltles Ald Foundatlon) Is an unrestrftted fund. Such funds are held for future malntenance of exlsting facllltles and the cwtlon of Smproved facllitles. The Tennls Club hopes to hard larKlscape around the new courts and flt LED Ilghts to Courts 3 The Football Club hopes to complete a renovatlon of Its du9 outs.
