Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year The economic climate continues to provide numerous challenges and pressure, along with government incentives to provide more assistance to working parents. This has seen the number of children attending our setting lo decrease, bul the average number of hours children allend for each week has increased. As a result this has seen our fundraising activities become limited, as unless we can engage the local community further, we are effectively relying on the smaller number of parents and their families. This effectively make5 up more dependanl on local authority funding, where the rates are diGlaled to us. TAR March 2012
