The trustees present their report and accounts for the year ended 16th February 2023

The accounts have been prepared in accordance with accountng policies applicable To Charites

Objectves The Charity was formed to relieve persons suffering from disabilities caused by the drug 'Primados'which was used as an oral

oral hormone pregnancy test . The main activities of the Charity are to promote research into the effects of and treatments Of disabilities caused by the drug . To arrange members meetings to discuss convpcerns , solutions and advice . To collect and and disseminate information

And disseminate information relating to care and take joint action with Government Departments and MP's . To engage

specialist experts to research new scientific evidence by use of social media via our website , Facebook and Twitter . Research undertaken will benefit patients in the future .

Achievements have been organising support for families affected by Primados Lobbying Government Ministers to initiate research and review new scientific evidence . Reviewing research into the dangers of synthetic hormones . Engagement

Engagement with eminent scientists who have produced evidence of harm from the components of Primados still used trestments today .Supporting PIP applications for members . Providing a safe social media environment to share concerns provide information and facilitate discussions with other members

Financial Statement

The Charity holds adequate funds to allow for goof financial management .Reserves are held for day to day expenses . Current bank balance is in excess of £30000 .

Governance and Management

The governing document of the Charity is the Constitution . Trustees are elected annually at the Charity's Annual General Meeting which advance nominations have been received .

I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 16th February 2023 which are attached hereto

As the Charity's trustees , you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in

accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (The Act) .

I report in respect of the examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section

145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination , I have followed all applicable Directions

given by the Charities Commission under Section 145 (5)(b)of the Act .

Basis of independent examiner's report

I have completed my examination and I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in ,

any material respect .

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the

examination to which the attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper

understanding of the accounts should be reached .
