Activities
THE OBJECT OF THE SOCIETY IS TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC GENERALLY, AND ESPECIALLY OF CHORAL MUSIC BY PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS. THE SOCIETY MEETS AND PRACTICES FROM SEPTEMBER TO MAY, PUTTING ON TWO CONCERTS EACH YEAR. ONE CONCERT IS IN EARLY DECEMBER AND THE OTHER IS IN MAY.
Objects: To Promote, Improve, Develop & Maintain Public Education In & Appreciation Of The Art And Science Of Music Generally & Especially Of Choral Music By Presentation Of Public Concerts And Recitals & By Such Other Ways As The Society Through Its Committee Shall Determine From Time To Time
