## **The Association of Renal Technologist** Registered Charity Nº 276230 www.artery.org.uk ## **Financial Report for the 12 month period from 1st July 2023 to 30th June 2024** Firstly, I would like to start with an apology again this year as I have not sent the books off to the accountants yet. This is due to a combination of things firstly the day job getting in the way, having two banking systems (PayPal). However, I am in a position where I can present this report just without the final signed off accounts. I will start with subscriptions, where I am please to report a healthy income of £3,600, which suggest a membership of roughly 180/190 this is taking account of those who pay via PayPal. Both Committee expense and stationary expenditure combined at £1,505.02 which remains lower than pre-pandemic due to most meetings being online. At this point I would normally report on conference expenditure and income however without the full accounts which would include the PayPal payments I can only give the bank account details which stand at a deficit of £19026. . Unfortunately, at this point I cannot give the accountants report as I normally would. However, being mindful of saying the same thing last year I have deposited a copy of last years account with the secretary which you may see, alternatively if you would like a copy please email me. The website has not generated any income this year and has had an expenditure of £207.22 I can report on the ART bank balance which stood at £55,763.84 on the 30th of June 2024. This is excluding any PayPal monies for that period. I would like to propose that these accounts be accepted by this meeting.
