INDEPENDENT EXAMINERS REPORT TO THE WELSH CORGI RESCUE SERVICE This report on the financial slalemenls of the Welsh Corgi Rescue Service for the year ended 31 December 2023, which is set out on pages 1-4. is in respect of an examination carried out Under S 43 of the Charities Act 1993. The examinaiion includes a review of the accounting records kepi by The Welsh Corgi Rescue Service, and a comparison of the accollnls with those records. It also includes considering any llnllsual items or disclosllre8 in the accollnl8 and seeking explanations concerning such mallers. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit. and consequently I do not express an alldil opinion on the posilion shown by the accounts. In connection with my examination no matter has come lo my attention ' (a) which give8 me reasonable call8e lo believe that in any material respect the requirement to keep accounting records in accordance with S 41 of Ihe act has not been met.
