Thanks to a solid Business Plan that has embraced innovative Revenue Streams. the Museum remains healthy and solvent. Thanks must be given to the Officers, Committee and Volunteer staff who continue to give loyal service. Analysis of Visitor Patterns has identified which days remain profitable and others not. This has enabled the Museum to remain more profitsble. as unnecessary outgoings have been minimised.
