Para 1.17 | The purpose of the charity is to fulfil Demos Shakarian’s vision to advance, promote and maintain in the UK, Ireland and overseas, the teachings and purposes of the Christian religion and, in particular, but without restricting or limiting the generality of the forgoing, the spreading of the Gospel among men and women of business and others. |

The key activities of the Full Gospel Businessmen are: an annual national conference, seasonal regional meetings, monthly outreach meetings and daily distributions. The annual national weekend conference is open to non-members and provides a time of encouragement and fellowship through music, prayer and teaching. Regional fellowship meetings are for the purpose of sharing, mentoring, ministry and prayer. Outreach meetings (including breakfast and dinner meetings) and street meetings are organised by local groups, where members of the public are invited to hear how people like them have come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour (through the sharing of real life stories). Daily distributions include the online sharing of testimonies alongside distributions of the Voice magazines which contain real life stories and are made available through www.fgbuk.org as hard copies or on-line downloads. |

Para 1.20 | Southern Convention Torquay Jan 2024 Popular weekend event held in Torquay where members get together and have a time of community, fellowship, food and music. Outreach Dinners and Breakfasts (Various) Held throughout the year across various FGB chapters, where we are seeing growth in some regions. Outreach Distributions of the Voice Magazine Groups of members Nationally take time to go out in their local area to hand out Voice Magazine and take time to speak with people. Regular Regional Online (Zoom) Events Hosted by Ireland (Tuesday Morning Weekly & Thursday evening monthly) and North East Region(Fridaymorningweekly). |

Income for 2024 saw a small decrease on the previous year, due to the passing away of some of the members. Spending has also decreased compared to 2023, inline with income from chapters. Also, with a reduced number of staff in the last quart of 2024. Over the year our operating cash shows a balance of approximately £2,349 for the end of 2024 |
