responsibililies by the existing truslees.
The aims of the charity are to assisL by donatton: regisiered charilies eslablished in the United Kingdom, for
the adN'ancemenl of education: welfare and relief of ￿￿ertv. particularly amongst those persons of the Jeivish
faith. The Trustees do noi invite appeals: as the trust is full). committed until further notiee. No grdnls are
given to individuals.
The Trustees haN'¢ had ￿gard to ihe guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit.
The Trustees have unrestricted powers to invest ihe assels of the charity.
The Trustees made donations to 19 organisaiions (2024 22) during the yrar totallinq £28700 (2024 £ii175}.
The Trustee5 intend to continue with iheir policy on donations and anticipaie that donations will conlinue al a
similar level.
The Trustees do not retain a specific level of reserve& but a balance is maintained in respect of ihe income
fund io provide for at leasl six months future gra￿ts.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Eric Abrnms Charitabl¢ Trust for the
year ended 31 May 20?5, which are set out on pages 3 to 5.
This report is made solely to the charit) s Irustees. as a body, in accordance wilh section 154 of the
Charities Act 2011. My independent examiner's M'orL- has been undertaken so that I might sL2te to the
charity's trustees those matt¢rs l am requiTed to state to them in an independent exarniner's report and
for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I do not aceept or assumc responsibility to
anyone other than the charity, the charity's members as a body and the charity's trustee5 as a body for
my independent examiner's Work, lor this report or for the opinions I have fornied.

As the charily trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the PTeparation of ihe accounts in accordance
with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('Ihe Act.).
I report in respect of my exatnination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011
Act and in cani'ing Out my examination I hal'e followed all the applicable Directions given by the
Charity Commission under seciion 145(5)(b) of the Act.

connection with the examination gii'ing me caus¢ to believe that in any material respecl:
accounting records ivere not kept in respect of the Trust &$ required by section 130 of the Act. or

3. the accounts do not comply i￿1th the applicable requiretnents concerning the forn] and content of
accounts set oul in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 oiher than any
requirement that the accounts give a 'irne and fair, vie14 ￿,hICh is not a matleT considered ￿ part
of an independent examination.
I have no concems and have come across no oih¢r matters in connection ￿7th the examination to w,hich
attention should be drawi in ihis report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be
