The Charity holds 8 8ignrficanl investment prop¢ty portfolio and any Substantial de¢rea5e in property values or a substanl'al reductmin in the ratio of tenanted propertles to va¢anl ones would impact the Charity. The trustees monitor the Impact of these risk5 and have concluded that there are suffiaent reserves within the Charity to 8¢ccffjmodate these.
