**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE AGED IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN THE BOUNDARY OF SOUTHBOROUGH TOWN COUNCIL AND ADJACENT SURROUNDING AREAS.

**Activities:** Currently we manage a "Trust Fund". We believe that it is no longer financially viable for a Day Centre to be run as we have in the past. Following consultation with the Charity Commission and AgeUK as to the future use of the funds, we donated a considerable sum to a local alms-house charity; we have donated fund to purchase an Age UK minibus; and we support computer classes for the elderly.
