Objects: (A) To Promote Such Educational Purposes As Are Under The Law Of England Charitable.(b) So Far Only As Is Consistent With The Object Expressed In Clause (A) Above: (I) To Run, Manage Or Conduct For The Benefit Of The Public At Moderate Fees An Educational Centre For English And Overseas Students Of A University Standard Which Will Specialise In Medieval And Renaissance Studies; (Ii) To Organise Lectures, Tutorials And Seminars Relating To Any Aspect Of The Study Of Medieval And Renaissance Studies; (Iii) To Assemble For Use By The Public A Library Of Books Relating To The Study Of Medieval And Renaissance Periods; (Iv) To Give Financial Assistance By Means Of Grants, Scholarships Or Otherwise To Deserving Persons Wishing To Study At The Centre For Medieval And Renaissance Studies.
