(B) TO ASSIST PRESENT AND FORMER PUPILS OF ELMBRIDGE SCHOOL WHO ARE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL AND OTHER ASSISTANCE IN CONNECTION WITH FURTHER EDUCATION OR IN THE PROVISION OF RESEARCH OR VOCATIONAL EQUIPMENT. (C) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONG FORMER PUPILS OF ELMBRIDGE SCHOOL WHO HAVE FALLEN ON HARD TIMES BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
