Secretary’s Report

Alisha started her report by mentioning that her and Nathan’s goal on the year was to get club back to a kind of “normal” and reflected on Halloween do which went well and explained that unfortunately the usual Christmas dos were cancelled but there was a county carol service.

Alisha went on to highlight a couple club nights of the year including laser tag and Lifton strawberry fields. Members headed to Stithians for rally where they took part in various activities in the poor weather.Our girls TOW team also did an amazing job at their first pull together. The report also reflects the results of Royal Cornwall where Launceston won the cubical this year with Nathan and Alisha being congratulated by the now king, Charles. May brought the paint party of which raised great funds foe the club this year with dung run and Easter bingo also raising good money for the chosen charities, Cancer research and the MS society.

Launceston show made a come back this year and we held out first after show do on sight, Alisha thanked everyone for there hard work towards the event. Moving on she congratulateda few wins of the year including Nick Uglow’sclay pigeon shoot, William Neale’s stock judging andNaomi gribbles cake win at Royal Cornwall which she replicated for the county 85[th] anniversary cream tea. Alisha rounded the report off by thanking Nathan for being a great chairman, thanking the committee and Gemma as a club leader as well as the members for all there help
