recruited by way of an annual appeal in the local press and by word of mouth
Aetivities and Objectives
The objectives of the chai'ity are to benefit the cominunity in Alton, and surroundffing district in
Hampshiie by provÉding volunteer di'ivers to give lifts to clients ¢0, mainly, medical and hospital
appointments. Volunteer membei's will relieve, in case of need, persons resident in the aiEa of
beiiefit who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped or infirm.
A¢hievements and Performanee
During the yeai. to 31° March 2024 the charity completed 1101 trips on behalf of clients mainly to
enable them to attend medical appotntments.
Fiiiancial Review and Reseives Policy
Income for the year to 31. March 2024 was £27,348 and expenditui'e was £29.975. The charity's
reservc policy ts to maintain a cash balance of £1 0,000 or more to covei. unforeseen ¢Kpenditure
and any capital expenditure.
No funds are held as custodian Trustee.
