accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (llhe Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of Alton Communty Care's accounts carried
out under section 145 of the 2011 Acl and in carrying out my examination, I have
followed all the applicable DlrKtions given by the Charity Commission under section
145<5){b) of the Act.

my attention in connection Nwth the examination which gives me cause to believe

Charities Act; or

the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the
fomi and conterrt of accounts set oui in the Charities (Accourrts and Reports)
Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a Yrue
and fairf view which is not a matter consKJer•J as part of an independent
examination.

The objectives of the charity are to benefit the ¢ommuntty in Alton, and surroundin8 district in
Hampshire by providing volunteer drivcr5 to give lifts to clients to, mainly, medical and hospital
appointsnents. Volunteer members will relieve, in case of ne•L persons resident in the area of
b¢n¢fit who a￿ sicL ¢onvaI¢s¢enL disabled, handicapp￿1 or infimi.

During the year to 31" March 2020 thc charity cornpleted I3￿ trips on behalf of clients mainly to
enable thern to atknd medica] appointmfflts.
Finaocial Review and R¢#aveJ Policy
Income for the year to 31 March was £33,340 and expthditure was £23,682. The ¢harity'S reserve
policy is to maintain a cash balance of £5.OLN) or more to Cover unforaseen expenditure and any
capitsl expenditure.
