Provide local community hall for ballet classes, pre school, horticultural society, WI, whist club & parties etc. Charity is responsible for maintenance of the hall.

Objects: (A) To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Locks Heath And The Neighbourhood Without Distinction Of Sex Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, Or Of Race Or Colour, By Associating The Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation Ith The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants. (B) Maintain The Locks Heath Memorial Hall As A Community Centre And To Among The Same (Whether Alone Or In Co-Operation With Any Local Authority Or Other Person Or Body) In Furtherance Of These Objects (C) To Promote Such Other Charitable Purposes As May From Time To Time Determine
