accounts in accordance with the Financial Rewrting Sthndard applicable in th¢ UK and Republic of I￿land (FRS 102)
(effective l January 2019).
OWECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
Objectives and 8ims
The obj¢¢ts for which the charity is established for the public benefit are to promotr and provide for the advan¢¢ment of
education and the education and the teachings of th¢ Ukrainian Catholic religion.

In deierniining the charitys objectives and planning fvture activities and donation4 the trustees have considetrd the
Charity Commis5ion'5 guidanc¢ on public benefii.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
At the Balance Sheet date the charity had total reseTYes of £1.027,285. The Tr￿le¢S believe this to be an adequate level
to fmance the charity's activities for the foreseeable future.
Included within Unrestricted Funds is a Des1￿￿ed Reserve of £160.(K)O.

As the charity's trustees of the Company (and aLso its directots for the PUTP05es of company law) you are responsible for
the prepAration of ihe accounts in accordance with the requirements of ihe Companies Act 2(K>6 ('the 2006 Act).
Having satisfied myself that the accourts of the C(Nnpany are not required to be audited under Part 16 of the 2006 Act
and are eligible for independeni examinaiion, I rewn in re5P¢¢t of my examination of your charity's accounts as carried
ollt under Section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 (Ihe 2011 Acf). In cthrrying out my examination I have followed the
Direciions given by the Chariry Commission under Section 145(5) (b) of the 2011 ACL
