**Objects:** TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR PERSONS (‘THE BENEFICIARIES’) WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM A PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY OF WHATEVER NATURE AND HOWEVER CAUSED TO ENABLE THEM TO FULFIL THEIR POTENTIAL THROUGH GRANTS OF MONEY FOR THE PROVISION OF SUCH SPECIALIST EDUCATIONAL OR THERAPEUTIC MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, DEVICES OR OTHER AIDS OR SERVICES TO WIDEN THE RANGE OF EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL OPPORTUNITIES AND ACTIVITIES OPEN TO THEM AND TO IMPROVE THEIR ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT IN A SOCIALLY INCLUSIVE WAY.THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL BE THE UNITED KINGDOM.
