Banbury. The ground is held on 8 999 year lease Iiom 1 August 1994 al a peppercom rent. Surplus funds are
invested by the tru5tee5 in a rnan8ged rortfolio. All other income is used for the objects of the charity. Other than
the pemianent endowment rund. th8re were no r88tricled lunds al the end of tt)e year.
The trustees have assessed the major risks to which thg charity is exposed. and are sausffed that $y6tems are
place to mitigate exposure to the major risks.

The charity achieves its objectives by providSng buil¢Jings, facilities and op8n spac8 for th8 b8n8ffl of Banbury
and distrf¢l. There have been no changes in fft? policies during the y8ar.
Th8 trust88s have referred to guidance on publK benefit issued by the Charity Cornrni5&0n when reviewing the
aims and obiectives of the charity and in plann￿9 future actiwtie$ to meet these obje¢lwe$.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30 / 09 / 2024. 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or 

- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
