**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE BLIND, OR THE PARTIALLY BLIND, OR THOSE LABOURING UNDER SOME TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT INCAPACITY OR DISABILITY WHICH MAKES READING A STRAIN, BY THE PROVISION OF RECORDED TAPES.

**Activities:** Brentwood and District Talking Newspaper provides a service for the blind and partially sighted in the area. Every week a digest of news from the local paper is recorded and sent to our listeners on computer memory sticks. We also produce a periodic audio magazine - 'Sounds of Brentwood' - and a recording from the council's own magazine 'Vision'.
