I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended S April 2025 which are sct out on pa8es 6
and 7.
Respective re$ponslbllltles of trustees and examiner
The charity's trustees are re5pon5ible for the Preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustee5
consider than an audit is not required for this year under section 144121 of the Charities Act 2011
Ithe 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to..
ensure that the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act,.
follow the procedures laid down in the @eneral Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 1451511bl of the 2011 Act,. and
state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of independent examiner's report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
Comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any
unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and 5eekin8 explanation5 from you as trustees
concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all ihe evidence that would
be required in an audit and consequently no opinion 15 given as to whether the accounts present a
"true and fair view" and ihe report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
Other matters
Your attention is drawn to the fact that the charity has prepared the accounts (financial statements)
in actordance with Accounting and Reporring by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practice
applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFR51021, issued in October 2019 in preference to the
Accounting and Reporting Charities.. Statement of Recommended Piaetlce issued on l April 2005
which is referred to in the extant reEulations bLLt has since been withdrawn.
l understand that this has been done in order for the accounts to provide a true and fair view in
accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Practice effective for TeportinB periods
beginning on or after I January 2015.
