## **Income and Expenditure Statement For the Year Ended 5[th] April 2025** 

I have examined the Financial Statements presented by Nora Meyer, stating income of £41,025.72 and expenditure of £23,992.62 for 2025. 

## **Respective Responsibilities of Officers and Examiner** 

The Trustees are responsible for the preparation of accounts detailing the income and expenditure. It is my responsibility to examine those accounts, without performing an audit, and to report to the Trustees. 

## **Basis of Examiner’s Statement** 

An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Trustees. It also includes a review of the accounts and making such enquiries as are necessary for the purposes of this report. The procedures do not constitute an audit. 

The examination of the records for the year ended 5[th] April 2025 has been limited to a review of the Income and Expenditure Account. 

## **Examiner’s Statement** 

Based on my limited examination, including verifying the bank balances stated against copies of the bank statements and that the Trustees activity is consistent with the income and expenditure statement, no matter has come to my attention which gives me reasonable cause to believe that, in any material respect, the accounts presented do not accord with the requirements of The Charity Commission.
