Lydd Town Museum is a local heritage museum - it is curated and managed by the Friends of Lydd, a registered charity, established in 1979. As a heritage museum our aim & purpose is to share knowledge & information about the historic town of Lydd and the surrounding areas and to act as a hub for connecting the community via the museum. Entrance to the museum is free but donations are very welcome.
Objects: (A) To Stimulate Public Interest In The Area Of Benefit. (B) To Promote High Standards Of Planning And Architecture In Or Effecting The Area Of Benefit. (C) To Secure The Preservation, Protection Deveplopment And Improvement Of Features Of Historic Or Public Interest In The Area Of Benefit.
