Independent examiner's report to the Trustee5 of Thc Orrin Charitable Trnst
I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year endcd 5 April 2025. which are set out on the
attached pag¢ and have be£n prq)ared on a receipts and payments b&sis.
Respective responsibilities of truslees and exanthier
The charity's trustees are responsible for th¢ pr¢paration of the accounts in accordance with
the requirements of the Charities Act 2011. The chariws trustees consider that an audit is not
required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 201 I (the 2011 Act) and that
an independent examination is needed. It is my re4xynsibility to examine the accounts under
section 145 of the 20J l ACL to follow the procedures laid down in the Gcn¢ral Directions
given by thc Charity Commission under section 145(5Xb) of the 20I l ACL and to state
whether particular matt¢rs havc ¢om¢ to my attention.
Basls of Independent examlner's report
My examination was carried out in <lCCOTdance with Gencral Directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of thc accounting rccords kepi by the charity
and a comparison of the accounts presented with those recnrds. It also includes consideration
of any unusual items or disclosures in the a¢xounts and seeking explanations from you a5
trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do noi provide all the
evidence that would be required in an audiL and consequently no opinion is siven as to
whcthcr th¢ accounts pr¢sent a 'lrue and fair view" and the report is limited to those matters
8et out in the stat¢mcnt bclow.
Independent ¢X2mln¢r's stgtement
In the course of my examination, no rnatter has comc to my attention:
which gives me re&sonable cause to believe that in any nutcrial t¢spect the requirements:
to keep accounting records in accordance with section 130 of the 2011 Act. and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with the
accounting rquirements of the 2011 Act"
have not been met, or
to which, in my Opinio￿ attention should be drawn in OTder to enablc a proper understanding
of thc accounts lo be reached.
