**Objects:** TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC BY THE PRESENTATION OF CONCERTS, PERFORMANCES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES DURING FESTIVAL PERIODS AND AT OTHER TIMES AS OCCASIONS ARISE AND TO MAKE DONATIONS TO OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR ORGANISATIONS.

**Activities:** Providing the opportunity for young people to come and hear Big Band Music and learn to play jazz in participation with other musicians, through weekly rehearsals in Central London and workshops in schools throughout the U.K.WEF 1.4.19, such activities have passed to sister charity, The National Youth Jazz Orchestra Limited (274578) and activity within this charity has ceased.
