Without distinction of sex, political,<br>religious or other opinions and in particular<br>used for meetings, toddler development and<br>parent and child groups and for other forms<br>of recreation and leisure-time occupation<br>with the object of improving the conditions<br>of lifeforthe said area ofbenefit.<br>Summary of the main activities in<br>relation to those purposes for<br>the public benefit, in particular,<br>the activities, projects or services<br>identified in the accounts.<br>Para 1.17 and<br>1.19<br>The function of the Village Hall<br>Management Committee is to provide and<br>manage affordable facilities for the use of<br>their letting, maintenance, and<br>improvement.<br>The monies obtained from hiring out the<br>hall are to be used for the upkeep,<br>improvement, repair, insure the building,<br>furniture, and effects. To pay rates, taxes,<br>and salaries, as well as to buy furniture and<br>other equipment required by the hall as a<br>means of recreation.<br>The main users of the hall include two parent<br>and toddler groups (one is Government<br>funded. Leisure activities that run in the hall<br>include T'ai Chi, a Fitness class, Judo, Yoga,<br>Beavers, Scouts, and Clog dancing. Various<br>fundraising activities and events are also held<br>which incorporate all age groups. The hall<br>also hosts regular entertainment events such|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/03/2023. 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **basis of report** accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”) . 

I report in respect of my examination of  the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
