I report lo the charity trustees on my examinats.on of the accounts of Chipping Sodbury Town
Trust Ihe year ended 31 December 2023.
Responsibilities and basis of report
A5 the tharity trustee5 of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordan￿ with the requirements of the Charilies Acl 2011 (Ihe Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trusvs accounts Ca￿led out under section 145 of
the Act and in caffwng out my examination I have followed all applicable Directions givèn by the
Charity c￿￿MISsion under sedion 145151(b) of the Act.
Indgpendent examinerfs statement
I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material matters have come to my attention
in connection Ihe examination gNing me cause to believe that in any material respecl..
accounling records vHe not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of
the Act,. or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records-,
3. the accounts do not comply wrth the applicable requirements con¢eming Ihe form and
CA)ntenl of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008
other than any requirement that the accounts gN8 a true and fair Mew whiGh is not a
matter ccfftsidered as part of an independent examination.
I have no COM￿rnS and have come across no other matters in connection wth the examinalion
