## **Objectives**

The charity’s objectives are to enhance the experiences of our students by working in partnership with families and other organisations to provide additional opportunities and resources outside of the core offer education funded by the Local Authority.

## **Structure**

The Charity is managed by the trustees who are all members of the school staff:-

Chairperson (Nathan Aspinall) Treasurer (Debbie Attard) Trustee (Sam Leach ) Trustee (Clare Walker) Trustee (Cathryn Hopkinson)

The Charity uses the services of an external fundraiser who charges a commission based fee for all funds raised.

The school has a Friends of Portesbery group (instead of an official PTA) which comes under the umbrella of Portesbery Partnerships. The group run annual events such as a Summer Fun Day, Quiz Night and Christmas Fair to raise funds for the charity.
