We have been appointed as auditor under secllon 144 of the Charities Act 2011 and report in accordance with the

Our objectives are to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from

Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance bul is not a guarantee that an audit conducted in accordance

To address the Tisk of fraud through rnanagemenl bias and override of controls, we..
performed an8lyti¢al procedurès lo identify any unusual or unexpected relationships.,
lesled joumal entries lo identify unusual Iransaolions.,
assessed whether judgements and assumptions made in determining the a¢counling eslimales set oul
in note 2 were indicative of wlenlial bias., and
investigated the rationale behind significant or unusual Iransaclions.
In response lo the risk of irregularities and non-¢ompliance with laws and regulations, we designed prD¢edures
which included, bul werè not limited to..
agreeing financial statement dlsclosures lo underlying supporting documenlalion.,
leading the minutes of meetings of those charged with governance., and

We communicated idents.fied fraud risks and non-compliance with laws and regul2lions with those charged with

Thère are inherent limitations in the audit procedures described above." any inst8nce of norbcompliance with laws

diminish the likelihood of d81@clion. Furtherrnore, the risk of not dele¢ting a material misslalemenl due lo fraucl is
greater than the risk ol not delecling one resulting from errol. Fraud may involve deliberate concealment by, for
