## CRA Trustees Report 2022

## Aims

The aims of the club remain to provide sporting and social opportunity in the village of Caddington. This is done through the provision of sporting facilities and a clubhouse. Income is mainly generated through club bar sales and membership fees. Affiliated sports clubs are assisted through the free provision of facilities and some financial assistance with running costs.

## Fixed Assets

There were no additions to the fixed assets this year many of the items listed are now of no nominal value.

## Income

The Charity was extremely successful in obtaining grants most noteably to resurface the car park (funded by £105k of section 106 monies from Central Bedfordshaire and to purchase a new tractor £20k from the football foundation). There were a handful of sn]maller grants associated with the childrens play equipment, new spectator rail adjacent to the football pitch and the new team dug outs.

## Expenditure

These grants were expended in the same year on the projects detailed above.

## Balance Sheet

A surplus of £13,140 is possibly the best ever performance since the club opened.
