Association shall be directed by a council which shall meet not less than three times a year.

The Trustees shall be appolnted by the Councll. The number of Trustees shall not be le5$ than 2 nor more than 4.

Fifteen regular hlrers continued from the pre¥lous year, AA 5tepplng into Re¢overy* AA Pollsh, AA Sunday. Age
UK, Blue Bears Hollday Playscheme, Chrisvs Redemptlon. Chur¢h of Philadelphia, Deegan Academy of Irlsh
Danter5, Honeywood Karate Academy, Pilates, Saint James Junlor Church, Saint James Over Ws Fellowship
Group* Slimming World, ultimate Moves and Wonderlands Playgroup.
At the end of the year there were flfteen regular hlrers.
The Centre was also Sn use most weekends for functions such as Wedding Receptions, Chrlstening and Blrthday
Partles. Meetln8s and Social and Fund-Ralslng Actlvltles.
The building wa5 fully re-decorated throughout. internally and externalty durlng the year, new fire door signs
were installed, two freezers were replaced. tollet locks and three toilet cisterns were replaced. LED lighting was
completed throughout and a new radiator was fitted in the Gentlemen's Tollet.. The annual inspections of the
0$ boller. emergency lighting, fire alarm. fire extlnguishers and air-coolln8 Svstem were all completed.
Defibrlllator and cablnet were installed outside of the maln entran￿, providln8 24-hour acce55 for the local
communlty.

The Trust has established a pollcy of maintainln8 a reserve fund based on an average of two yea15 expenditure,
plus the cost of renewSTr8 the gas boller (the hlghe5t anticipated expendlture Iternl. to ensure funds are available
to continue to operate in the event of unexpected events, such as the loss of a major hirer. or external events
such as a pandemlc. For the year 2024125 the reserye was set at £135.OCQ. All cash held is unrestricted funds.
Any surplus funds. which are not likely to be needed to pay for maintenance or management of the Community
Centre. are invested to earn interest. There were no designated or restricled fund5 at 30 April 2025.
