**Objects:** 1. THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TOWARDS THE REPAIR, RENOVATION OR AUGMENTATION OF BELLS AND THEIR FITTINGS (EXCLUDING ROPES OR MASONRY). 2. THE PROVISION OF A FREE ADVISORY SERVICE ON THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF CHURCH BELL INSTALLATIONS. 3. THE PROVISION OF INSTRUCTION TO BANDS OF RINGERS IN ORDER TO PROMOTE THE ART OF CHURCH BELL RINGING.

**Activities:** 1. Recognition of the true position of ringers as church workers & the encouragement of ringing for Divine Service.2. Promotion of the Art of Change Ringing - giving instruction to bands of ringers desiring it.3. Provision of an Advisory Service on the maintenance and restoration of church bells & fittings.4. Promotion of order & fellowship between ringers.
