AUDITORS, OPINION STATEMENT
I have examined the Balance Sheet of the I" Portishead Scoul Grou

December 2020 and the related statement of income and changes in lund balances for the
period l January 2020 through 31 December 2020. My examination was made in
accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and. accordingly. included such
tests of the accounting records and other such audil procedures as I considered necessary
