**Objects:** TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, PLAYING FIELDS, PLAYGROUNDS, COMMUNITY CENTRES AND OTHER AMENITIES OF A SIMILAR CHARACTER FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY RESIDING IN WORLINGWORTH AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF ADVANCING EDUCATION, FURTHERING HEALTH, RELIEVING POVERTY, DISTRESS OR SICKNESS OR IN PURSUING ANY DEEMED IN LAW TO BE CHARITABLE BY IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PRIMARILY INTENDED. **Activities:** Still working hard to maintain the Village Hall, which is now 29 years old. We have replaced heating, doors, flooring and the kitchen in the hall. The car park has been refurbished, and we opened our new playground summer 2013.  We have refurbished toilets, installed new internal dividing doors, renewed fences,created  a community library. A local football club uses the centre as their home base.
