To advance education in the life of Sir Winston Churchill by providing financial assistance towards the care control and preservation for the public benefit of the collections of historical and educational value, previously the property of Sir Winston, placed in the Churchill Archives Centre, Churchill College, and of all other archives papers and documents under the control of Churchill College.

Objects: To Advance The Education Of Students Scholars And The General Public In The Lfie And Work Of The Right Honourable Sir Winston Leonard Spencer Churchill K.g. O.h. C.h. By Provision Of Financial Assistance Towards:- (I) The Care Control And Preservation For The Public Benefit Of The Archives Papers Documents Books Medals And Other Other Chattels Of Historical And Educational Value Previously The Property Of Sir Winston Placed In The Building Situate At Churchill College Known As The Churchill Archives Centre And Of Any And All Other Archives Papers And Documents Under The Control Of Churchill College.
