**Objects:** IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR ANY MAINTAINED SCHOOL ATTEDED BY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE TOWN OF EYE AND THE PARISHES OF ATHELINGTON, BEDFIELD AND HORHAM.

**Activities:** To provide grants of money to young people (under 25) and educational organisations in the locality.  Applications must come from individuals or organisations serving people under 25 who live in the parishes of EYE, ATHELINGTON, BEDFIELD or HORHAM.  These special grants are intended to cover expenses not provided for by the Local Education Authority.
