**Objects:** A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BENEFICIAL AREA WHITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHE OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Village Hall for use by residents and local community.  Activities range from the very young to the elderly:  Bridge Club, WI, Keep Fit, Dementia Care Day Centre  with lunches on two days a week, Parish Council Meetings, Table tennis club, Social evenings, Hall and Committee Room available for Hire for Parties, meetings and functions.
